In ridiculous news, (and via Mr. Jon Rosenberg) several newspapers have decided not to run Berkely Breathed's latest Opus comics because they deal with -- I hope you're sitting down -- Islam! How dare someone do this! How could someone do this
I gotta be honest though, I haven't been reading Opus because a) I heard it wasn't good and b) I thought it was just in newspapers, and ol' Jeffrey is wired up so that he has about as much need for a newspaper as the Queen of England has for a coupon for fifty cents off an order of curly fries at Arby's. Fortunately Salon runs Opus on the Nets of Inter and it's dang good!
