In retrospect, this comic might be a subconscious transcription of a Patton Oswalt bit? I was reminded of it by a CNN article the other day that was recalling fondly the "golden age" of air travel, before it was deregulated under the Carter administration.Just remember whenever you hear someone talking about how air travel used to be fancier and more glamorous, this is what they are saying. It is the baby boomers saying "this was cool before everybody else liked it."
