Legalize Pot and tax the crap out of it! Not only would there not be hoosegows overflowing with chumps that got pinched with a gram of herb, it also has a chance of making "marijuana culture" redundant. I've said it before and I'll say it again and I'll keep saying it until someone politely asks me to stop, there's no greater argument in favor of marijuana prohibition than the content of High Times magazine.
I forgot the Encylopædia Britannica went out of print in 2010, and got kind of sad. Then I looked to see how much it costs to get a final print edition and got less sad.
